Local, established, (Tampa, Fl) Galeforce Roofing is looking to hire and train experienced Sale Reps. Due to explosive demand from recent storms that have affected thousands of Home Owners we are expanding at a high rate! Rated one of the fastest growing roofing companies in the U.S. We're looking to bring on both experienced and entry-level sales people who are thoughtful and driven.
Full Time / W-2 Employee
Make up to 3,000 in bonuses per month
This position is the opportunity to longevity within a long term carrier as well as a new way of life! We're looking for ambitious people that are eager to learn and challenge themselves to be above average!
You will receive thorough training on all products and be equipped with extensive knowledge on the home improvement industry.
Looking to always promote internally, advancement opportunities will be provided frequently.
Potential to be move up to Team Lead or Sales Associate position after 90 days. Carries average earnings of $150,000-$450,000 year
Qualifications:
- Must be personable, with strong social/people skills.
- Past sales and/or sales experience highly desired.
- Must be self-motivated and ambitious.
- Must be a great attitude, and able to inspire and motivate others.
- Must work well with other and in a Team Environment.
- Ability to work Mon - Fri: & two Saturdays per month
Salary and Benefits:
- Two months paid training + 100% commission on all sales.
- Weekly/Monthly bonuses
- Gas allowance
- Average first year income range: $150,000 - $450,000 commission Job
- Paid Vacation, Sick time, Holidays.
