Job Description_
Are you interested in a challenging yet rewarding career? Do you have experience with in-person selling of home-improvement products to homeowners? If so, then this opportunity is for you!_
We're expanding our business and want to add a Sales Representative to our team. Our company is growing because of our success!
As a Sales Representative, you will contribute to the company's success by:
- Meeting with, selling, and servicing our residential customers in Rockford, IL.
- Working with customers in our showroom and at their homes.
- Surveying job sites, gathering information and taking measurements.
- Preparing estimates and proposals.
- Winning business and writing up orders for processing.
Qualifications*
Who are we looking for?*
The best candidates will have 3 or more years of experience with in-person selling of home improvement or construction-related products and services directly to homeowners. Ideally, you have both showroom and in-field experience meeting and greeting customers, demonstrating features and benefits, and winning business. You are ambitious, have strong computer and technology skills, and excel in verbal and written communication. If you have experience with overhead doors, that is a big plus!
