The successful candidate will be responsible for growing group sales revenue while providing the highest standard of customer service to our agents. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:- Recruit, select, and onboard new sales team members
- Set individual and team goals and objectives, and review performance on an ongoing basis
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
- Analyze customer data and conduct market research to identify emerging trends and assessment of risks/opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of recruiting sales team members
- Demonstrated administrative competence in sales information tracking and analysis
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
