We are looking for YOU! Our fast-scaling real estate team is searching for the perfect fit with the right personality and communication skills to join our sales development team. Ideally, you are a natural at sales, personable, and communicate well. You are the type that can easily get into conversation with people over the phone and make them feel comfortable quickly- aka good at making fast friends! You possess a general understanding of business and are motivated to hit personal achievements and company goals.

This role is heavily focused on making outbound phone calls. You will call prospects daily to funnel the sales pipeline for the team. You will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for the team by uncovering the needs and motivations of our leads as it relates to their home buying or selling plans. As a result of a successful call, you will schedule consultation appointments for the lead to meet with our agents. Scripts for these calls are provided and practiced weekly with the team.

$100,000-$120,000+ yearly OTE (base + bonus)

Responsibilities:

  • Build current & future sales pipelines through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research
  • Identify & effectively conduct sales discovery calls
  • Engage in 30-40 conversations per day
  • Nurture new leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an agent
  • Identify qualified opportunities to prospect.
  • Generate and manage sales pipeline by updating all activity in CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team and team leader to meet the company’s targets
  • Set appointments for the sales team when the lead reaches a qualified status
  • Track key performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years proven sales experience (inside sales or call center sales preferred) OR at least 2+ years experience as a licensed real estate agent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written & verbal
  • A high degree of personal and professional accountability
  • Diligent & organized; coachable & growth oriented
  • Accountable for goal achievement with a hunger for success
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals & key deliverables
  • Capable of understanding customer pain points and then correlating our business value back to the client
  • Aptitude to manage multiple requests and demands while simultaneously achieving
