Sales Coordinator
Primary Role: The Sales Coordinator must have an in-depth understanding of all office activities and each department so they can provide the most efficient and useful support possible. The Sales Coordinator should have an outgoing personality and be tactful when communicating with others and delegating tasks. They must be able to multi-task and follow through on every task while comfortably working in a high-pressure time sensitive environment.

- Ability to work quickly while maintaining unparalleled quality - ability to adapt quickly is key.
- Work well under deadlines and in high stress situations.
- Must be able to work around two dogs.
- Good communication skills with other team members.
- Willingness to learn, open to new ideas, and desire to learn new techniques including but not limited to plant care, flower types, etc.
- MUST have a love for flowers.
Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate.
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
- Managing schedules for meetings, interviews, etc.
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Coordinate office events for clients and/or employees.
- Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment.
- Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors.
- Special projects as assigned by the Manager and Owner.
- Packaging floral arrangements for delivery in a timely manner while maintaning quality.
- Assisting with events on Saturday's if needed.

Hours of operations for Sales Coordinator's start at:
8:30am until 5:00pm
The Garden Gate may ask employees to stay a little later depending on need.
This is a Monday - Saturday position with Sunday off and one day during the week off.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
