Sales Job at Cannabis Retail Product Company
Dazed is seeking an all star sales representative with experience in the “Alternative Products Industry”. Beginning as a leading national raw materials and retail products manufacturer and then growing into a retail brand in over 5000 stores we now are growing incredibly fast and looking for the perfect person to grow with us. This position is geared toward an individual that is highly motivated to cultivate new business opportunities for the company and work with us as we expand into other businesses and opportunities in this industry and future cannabis spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Manage appointed territorial accounts as assigned.
- Travel to respective territories, customer accounts, and applicable tradeshows.
- Develop meaningful customer relationships to encourage loyalty and grow sales in additional categories.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads developed through internal methods, personal leads, or referrals.
- Make outgoing calls to educate our customers on current promotions and new product launches.
- Understand and clearly explain the corporate values and our company positions
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business a plus.
- Experience with customer relationship management system and ERP is positive
- 3-5 years or more of similar or related “Alternative Products Industry” experience preferred, such as safety apparel, safety products or industrial supplies.
- Must be a go-getter with the ability to make cold calls and open new accounts.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties.
- Must possess outstanding customer service skills and the ability to develop strategic customer relationships.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
