POSITION OVERVIEW

The Account Manager serve as the liaison between Calvert Controls and their customers. Their core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Develop client sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quota as determined by the Calvert leadership team
  • Accurately and maintain sales CRM tool utilized at Calvert, with to accurately reflect customer information, opportunity pipeline and sold customer work.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
  • Work with all internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, and delivery of best in class customer service
  • Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales director regularly
  • Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
