Rule 31 Program Coordinator for the Institute for Conflict Management Job at Lipscomb University
Assist the Director in the administrative functions associated with the Rule 31 Mediation program functions of the Institute for Conflict Management. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be driven to grow the program. Needs competent computer skills. Should have working knowledge of Word, Excel. Asset to have the ability to handle social media postings to promote the program.
Description of Tasks:
Promote and market the Rule 31 program including website setup and utilizing current communication tools year-round
to promote maximum attendance.
Involved with all aspects of course management not limited to those listed in this description. Respond to all inquiries,
monitor student enrollment, prepare certificates of completion and follow up with evaluations.
Responsible for obtaining coaches for observation of mediations and communicating responsibilities to them.
Work closely with the professor/instructor in preparing for the course. Preparing all materials for the course, securing dates and reserving rooms.
Responsible for compliance with guidelines set by the Administrative Office of the Courts.
Responsible for following procedures for obtaining CLE and CME for various programs in the College.
Assist with greeting guests and answering phones.
