RN or LPN Job at Du Quoin Nursing and Rehab

We are a beautiful, medium sized skilled nursing facility that is blessed with a relatively stable census. We have a fantastic team, but searching for a new team member to supplement our nursing department. Position is primarily full time, but we can work with part time hours as well.
Successful candidate will have excellent clinical and assessment skills, a great relationship with patients, and ability to work with and lead your team of CNA's.
Starting wage is determined by license classification and years of experience. The RN starting wage is between $32/hr and $34/hr. The LPN starting wage is between $28/hr and $30/hr. Actual starting wage is determined by years of experience ($.10 additional per year of experience up to 20 years). We also offer an attendance and weekend incentive.

Staff in all skilled nursing facilities are currently required to be Covid Vaccinated. We do consider medical and religious exemptions, but these are not preferred.

Individuals entering the facility, must screen and be tested for covid. Proper PPE is required and provided by the facility.
