As the Nurse Manager you will lead the planning and coordination of clinical, operational, financial and personnel activities in the Outpatient Clinic, in collaboration with the Director of Practice Operations. You will ensure safe, effective, patient-centered, efficient, and equitable care of patients.

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Nursing
  • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
  • BLS, ACLS/PALS within 90 days of hire
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development of staff and staff performance.
    Lead process improvement.
  • Optimize patient safety, continually maintain a regulatory-ready environment, and optimize communication between all work groups.
  • Coordinate diagnostic and treatment activities of the clinic with services of other departments to ensure effective patient care and efficient service.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of the clinic to include establishing and maintaining systems for patient flow through the clinic, in-basket and message management for providers and the utilization of clinic and ancillary facilities and manpower.
  • Assist with direct patient care during times of high volume or staffing shortage.
