Retail Store Manager Job at Artisan Vapor & CBD
Seeking Passionate, Experienced Vapers in Flower Mound, TX! We are a knowledgeable, diverse team excited to assist out customers in quitting or remaining off traditional tobacco. We love what we do and we are looking to expand our amazing team with like-minded others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work assignments and relaying results to District Manager
2) Maintain store staff by orienting and training employees
3) Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees
4) Follow District Manager’s directions to achieve store’s financial objectives
5) Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers
6) Maintain inventory by placing weekly orders and conduct audits to curtail inventory loss
7) Maintain the cash drawer and ensure accurate daily deposits
8) Procure store and office supplies for store operations
9) Display and organize merchandise inside the store
10) Maintain operation by initiating, coordinating and enforcing company policies
11) Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
12) Contribute to company efforts by accomplishing assignments
13) Other duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same, or similar businesses
REQUIRED SKILLS:

5) Vaping experience is a must
Pay rate is $12 to $14 an hour depending on experience. It is an hourly paid position with tips and bonuses. We are in search of someone with a passion for vaping and/or cbd. Sales/retail experience needed.
