Store Associate
Goodwill Industries of NE Ohio and NW Pennsylvania has an immediate need for full-time Sales Associates at our Ashtabula Store. Work schedules are flexible at a pay rate of $11.50 per hour.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Associates provide excellent customer service, sort, process, stock shelves, accept donations, perform basic housekeeping duties and operate the cash register. Need to have a flexible schedule, work nights, and weekends.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred but will train
- Cashier experience or ability to learn
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Strong sense of urgency
- Solid math skills
Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Position requires frequent standing, sitting and walking with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Regular exposure to lint or dust generated by the sorting/handling of donated goods.
