The position of Retail sales consultant is responsible for creating customers for life, one exceptional experience at a time by executing the selling process, by team selling & utilizing all design tools & assets available, every time, to provide outstanding shopping experience to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- An outstanding salesperson that can meet & exceed sales goals against all odds & hurdles.
2- An able individual who has the aptitude to step up & take the reins of leadership to make simple & fast decisions in the best interest of our customers.
3- Spends all the time on the sales floor facilitating & performing all functions relating to closing sales & smooth store operations.
4- Exemplifies team selling all the time by being the link between the store manager, gallery designer, fellow leads, sales support & all team associates.
5- A positive influence on all team members by patiently helping, teaching, training & crashing sales to upsell & close sales.
6- Being an expert, who the team looks up to, for product knowledge, training, procedures & company policies.
7- Being open minded to the ever changing products, procedures, manufacturing timelines & customer expectations.
- Weekends and holidays required as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
