Customer service skills and a willingness to learn must be evident in the successful candidate. Prior pool and spa experience is helpful, but we will train the right individual. The sales person will contribute toward the store's retail success, assure customer satisfaction, and help to cultivate an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands on position in which the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to contribute to all aspects of a retail business. In addition to exceptional customer service, skills demonstrated would include mastery of point of sale functions, stocking inventory, store maintenance and all related day to day retail store operations.
