XO Bloom is mother and daughter owned and operated florist and event design company Westlake Village, California. We have been providing quality customer service and expertly designed and creative floral arrangements to our customers since 2015.
We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable retail sales associate and florist assistant to join our team!
Requirements:

*Excellent customer service and communication skills *Fast paced with the ability to work under pressure *Professional attire and demeanor at all times *Empathetic to customers’ needs and requests *Have a knack for design *Must be able to work on event days
Responsibilities:
-
*Process flowers for arrangements, dethroning them, etc (on the job training will be provided) *Assist in floor display maintenance and participate in replenishing merchandise *Assist walk in and phone sale customers with their floral and décor options *Assist with delivery of floral arrangements *Tidy up work areas and make sure shop is presentable *Operate cash register, retail point of sale, and order entry system
Part-Time
$16 - $18/ hour
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
