As a part time Merchandiser with The M&M Sales Company, you would be an important part of our team delivering positively outrageous service to our customers and our manufacturers! We are looking for motivated, energetic and reliable merchandisers to service our greeting card departments in various retail locations.

This person should have good communication and organizational skills. This person is capable of working independently, and scheduling their time efficiently. The company provides all necessary tools, including a company-issued iPad to perform the job. Merchandising experience preferred but not necessary. Approximately 15-20 hours/week. Hours vary per week. Retirees and stay at home parents encouraged to apply.
This job starts at $12/hour PLUS 65.5 cents/mile.
You will travel throughout Cincinnati, including areas such as Mason, Springdale, Milford, Fairfield, Harrison, West Chester. You are not required to report to an office.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing in-store card programs; using planograms, putting out orders, and placing reorders
- Maintaining consistent scheduled service as mandated by sales rep, company, or manufacturers
- Servicing multiple stores daily, geographically scheduled
- Utilizing company resource materials/software and navigating manufacturer’s websites
- Collaborating with sales reps and manufacturers to maximize customers' greeting card sales
- Building relationships with store management and retail persons
- Executing display set-ups
- Communicating customer needs to sales rep or manufacturers-requires attention to detail

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and an email application
- Proficiency in using an iPad or similar tablet
- Smart phone and the ability to snap and send photos from the road
- Access to a home printer
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
