AS A KEY HOLDER, YOU WILL:

• Be responsible for opening or closing store premises.
• Present as a brand ambassador and advisor.
• Cashier and check out customers.
• Become an Ear Piercing Specialist.
• Promote our free ear piercing service, with our ear rings special.
• Be part of a fun team environment.
• Loving a bright, energetic environment is vital to enjoy working in Lovisa stores, along with having an exceptional customer service.
• All Lovisa teams are trained thoroughly by our State and Regional Managers to help achieve teams short/long-term goals.

TO SUCCEED AT LOVISA YOU WILL NEED:

• Prior experience for a retailer or hospitality
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Working in a team environment, coach, develop and motivate.
• Result driven
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Desire to deliver great customer service skills
• Thrive off challenge and reward
• A Passion for retail and fashion!

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bloomington, MN 55425: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
