All of our Assistants and Managers have been trained and promoted from within. As a Manager, your earning potential is above $60,000 per year. There is tremendous growth potential in the Pawn industry and now is the time to take advantage of the opportunities and training our company can provide:

- We are hiring motivated employees who want to learn and thrive in a vibrant industry. Experience is not necessary, we will train you.

- Starting Employees here make a 6% commission on every dollar they sell everyday; they are guaranteed a min of $17.00 per hour just to start. Assistants make $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and a 1st assistant even more.

- When we promote at Top Cash Pawn we do so based on: Performance, Reliability, and Experience. Notice that Performance was first on that list and Experience was last!

- Rapid advancement is possible for the right employee and we have multiple Assistants who have been with us less than a year!
