Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
-Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
-Process merchandise accurately in a timely manner
-Motivate store staff by recruiting, coaching and training
-Providing exceptional customer service
-Demonstrating superb merchandising and visual presentations
-Monitor and maximize payroll and store budgets
-Superior inventory management
-Compliance with all company directives
-Manage and direct the staff with daily job functions If you love fashion
