JOB DESCRIPTION:
A ROTA will assist our Occupational Therapy and Nursing teams in providing care and rehabilitative services to the residents/patients by helping them accomplish activities of daily living and enhance their overall well-being.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The duties of the ROTA are that of a CAN
• Available to work an M-F schedule on the Rehabilitation unit

REQUIREMENTS:

• New York State COTA certification
• Ability to go beyond the scope of a CAN, when necessary, regarding the range of motion, assisting with walking, etc.
