Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen is growing in Louisville! We are hiring for our current location on Bardstown Road.
Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen focuses on fresh, local ingredients with the mission to provide wholesome flavorful food to as many people as possible and to serve it up in a quick and convenient setting. Serving gourmet salads, soups, and seasonal lemonades, Vinaigrette has re-defined the standard of fast-food quality. We exist for the people!
Part-time (20-25 hrs/wk) begins at $14.00/hr + tips
Tips are currently averaging +$4.50/hr
Job Description:
As a Shift Lead you will serve as Vinaigrette's front line. It is your job to maintain VSK's vision will providing great hospitality and exceptional customer service. It is your job to assist the manager and leading staff members to maintain a clean, friendly, productive environment that maximizes the customer experience and support your VSK team.

Essential Job Functions:
- Salad Building
- Cashier
- Offering Vinaigrette Hospitality
- Fulfill all staff level requirements
- Communicate with VSK team at your location
- Set the example for customer engagement
- Knowledgeable about the nutritional information of salads
