A Restaurant Manager works productively and supervises and train's restaurant Colleagues to ensure they perform their jobs responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift, in a professional manner.
A Restaurant Manager will receive direction and training from the Restaurant Management Team, partake in our training program, and will be aided by training materials and classes. This will prepare them to Manage their own restaurant in the near future and maintain our high standards in all aspects of our business. This position requires a hands-on style of management and physical work such as; lifting squatting, and standing for long periods of time. Manager Trainee’s will be required to work and train in multiple locations throughout the Treasure Valley.

Qualification Summary for a Manager Trainee Position
- Have graduated from High school
- 2-3 years’ experience in a high volume, quick service restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills
- Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic
- Possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence
- Meet Little Caesars background verification guidelines
- Must be willing to work on average of 40 hours per week
- Must be willing to work a combinations of days, nights & weekend shifts

Benefit Package Summary
Signing Bonus $2,000
Manager Trainee will receive a $1,000 signing bonus within one week of his/her orientation and remaining $1,000 - 90 days after employment once he/she has completed our training program. (terms apply)
- Compensation:
- Starting Salary $40,000 - $45,000
- Pay Raise after 3-months to $45,000 - $48,000
- Pay Raise after 6-months to $52,000 plus bonuses
- NOTE: Manager Trainee wages increase as soon as he/she takes over as a Full-Time Store manager of his/her own restaurant. Within 6 months of becoming a Store Manager he/she will be at full manager wages of $52,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits.

Managers Trainees are actively training to become General Managers of his/her own restaurant. Once Trainee completes his/her training and is promoted to General Manager the following pay typically applies:
General Managers make between $52,000.00 and $54,000.00 per year plus benefits.
