McCall Service will invest in your training as sales experience is not required to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
- Complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes for McCall Residential service offerings to prospective customers.
- Ensure completion of documentation to align with McCall standards.
- Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc.
- Communicate value of service and transition prospects to Northwest Exterminating customers
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers
- Attend all McCall Service continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance.
- Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle.

Requirements:
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
