Resident Services Director Blue Skies of Texas East
- Principal staff point of contact with residents and resident committees
- Leads in all matters affecting the quality and enjoyment of life at Blue Skies of Texas (BST)
- Overall management responsibility for campus resident services
- Directly Supervises three managers in programming for
- Environmental Services
- 24-hr Front Desk Operations
- Transportation
- Beauty Shop
o Coordinates Dining Services and Routine Maintenance
o Oversight to resident move-in and relocation
o Campus Liaison with Bank and other Community Services Leaders
o Partners with Director Wellness and Life Enrichment on activity programming, resident wellbeing, and personal affairs
- Key and Essential Position
o After-hours response required on occasion for weather events and emergencies
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Certified Senior Advisor or ability to obtain certification
Experience: Proven, strong management and supervisory experience with excellent customer service skills in a large organization. At least
three years in a leadership role which includes supervision of three or more management team members
