The Reservation Agent is self-motivated, provides excellent customer service and is professional in demeanor. Should desire to work in a fast-paced high call volume environment while meeting established guidelines and have the ability to adapt to an always changing environment.

Programs include, but are not limited to: LMS, CMS, Outlook and Excel.
Previous Hotel or Call Center Experience preferred.
May be required to work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the Hotel.
