Job Summary
you will have responsibilities that includes heavy engagement with SABIC customers, SABIC plants or terminals, SABIC functional groups, external stakeholders and other Logistics Service Providers. Essential activities include timely communication to customers regarding order delivery confirmations, supply disruptions, complaints or concerns. The candidate will work hand-in-hand with the Demand Planner to insure successful execution of shipments from SABIC plants or terminals to customers or other SABIC plants. This will include ensuring all order issues are resolved, securing appropriate transportation (truck or rail) working logistics service providers, providing necessary documents per US domestic transportation requirements, arrange diversions and perform daily tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery. Other responsibilities include reviewing, approving and submitting vendor invoices for processing in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities
- Focal Point for customers, SABIC internal stakeholders, plants, terminals and logistics service providers
- SAP Sales Order Management: Records and processes highly complex orders and/or inquiries received by email, telephone, and/or through personal customer contact.
- Timely order entry in SAP system
- Working through all order blocks for timely releases
- Provide order confirmation to customers
- Monitor allocation process
- Monitor OBD creation
- Invoice creation
- Monitor delivery to customer using inputs from logistics team and in support of SABIC's Delivery to 1st Promise (DT1P) process
- Resolve any truck or railcar loading scheduling issues with Demand Planner/ external stakeholders
- Work to resolve product quality issues and customer claims
- Ensure proper documentation is provided to SABIC's logistics providers on a timely basis
- Resolve billing issues (inter-company or customer)
- Maintain proper records to comply with SABIC document retention policies
- Liaise with commercial team for price confirmation based on the agreed upon rates and monthly business price index
- Ensure the implementation of relevant corporate policies (e.g. Legal and EHSS)
- Provide after-hours necessary support (as needed)

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service environment including account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant, professional work experiences is required
- Demonstrated technical aptitude
- Demonstrated process improvement mindset with the capability to drive enhancements throughout the function
- Working knowledge SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using the following modules: (Sales & Distribution) SD, (Material Management) MM and Logistics Execution (LE)
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (especially Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and web-based applications Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of rail and truck logistics operations
- Ability to work across cultures
- Demonstrate character qualities in alignment with SABIC's core values (Inspire, Engage, Create, Deliver)
- Ability to work well within a team environing including managing conflict, compromising and ultimately agreeing on a "win/win" solution
- Ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Travel Required: Up to 25%
