Report Developer Mid-Level
to support our government customer at NSWC Indian Head Explosive Ordinance Division (IHEODTD) in Indian Head, MD.

Under broad supervision, the Report Developer will provide configuration management, data management, training, and report generation support to the NAVSEA Navy ERP Business Office (NEBO) Business Intelligence (BI) Team. Specific duties are as follows:

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Under broad supervision, the Report Developer will provide configuration management, data management, training, and report generation support to the NAVSEA Navy ERP Business Office (NEBO) Business Intelligence (BI) Team. Specific duties are as follows:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy reports using SAP Business Objects.
- Design, develop, and distribute ad-hoc reports by executing SQL in the Navy Data Platform (NDP) environment.
- Design, develop, refresh, update, and distribute existing Dashboards in accordance with documented procedures using SAP Business Objects Dashboard, Lumira, and Qlik.
- Provide documentation for reporting products to include Report Design Specifications (RDSs).
- Maintain document configuration management on all BI supporting documentation (e.g., end-user documentation, operating guides, and report design specifications).
- Maintain the end-user Report Catalog to include new and updated reports/reporting capability.
- Support data integrity of data warehouse environment.
- Maintain the team’s task tracker to maintain current status and due dates of team action items and tasking.
- Develop and maintain Report end-user documentation including instructions on obtaining system access and step-by-step procedures for report generation along with the associated data analytics.
- Support team members in maintaining account management tools for technical team members. Ensure that team members have proper system access and track associated actions to maintain access.
- Support the development and maintenance of the BI Working Group Brief that is distributed to working group participants at the end of each month.
- Support ad-hoc reporting presentations.
Required Qualifications:
- Four (4) years of experience supporting IT systems and/or data reporting.
- Secret Clearance required
- Must have demonstrated analytical skills in at least one of the following areas: data management, reporting, SQL, or report development.
- Must have experience in SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence Report Development.
- Navy ERP experience and/or experience in SAP data is desired.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive-level positions.
