- You have a Master’s degree in social services or health promotion
- 3+ years experience managing clinicians in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare environment
- Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LGSW, LADC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LPC, LPCC, etc.)
- You have exceptional people skills, with prior experience hiring, training, managing, leading and inspiring teams
- You have strong mentoring and relationship building skills with ability to effectively manage group and interpersonal conflict situations
- You have strong negotiation, interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
- You have experience leveraging CRM systems such as Dynamics365
- Capable of working with diverse populations in a collaborate environment and possess empathy, non-judgement and inclusion

- Looking for a remote leadership opportunity in GA, VA, TX, AR, FL, or NC
- Hours of operation: Monday - Friday; 10:30am - 7:00pm CST
What you’ll do
- Oversee program activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization to achieve a successful program outcome
- Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization, comply with relevant legislation and professional standards and meet the requirements of program delivery contracts
- Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides clinical team members to drive engagement and ensure the smooth delivery of services
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being a hands-on contributor and having an active involvement in programs and services
- Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting, and human capital development
- Coordinate analytic, strategic and technical resources to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate internally with teams such as customer support operations, product, care advocate, data science, legal, and others to effectively resolve customer requests and overcome obstacles
