IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

• Maintain records, documenting tasks, and presenting progress reports in our CRM.

• Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

• Loading and unloading of trucks safely

• Inventory of tools and equipment

• Training, instructing, and guiding Apprentice towards becoming a Carpenter

• Having a good grasp on building from start to finish but needs advice & help from Master Carpenter.

• Verifying the stability structure (using plumb bob and level).

• Understanding and implementing basic carpentry skills for framing, finish work, and remodeling.

• Showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn excellent leadership and installation techniques.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Must have a good attention to detail for exterior applications and arrive to work on time.

• 3 years + experience in deck building, siding remodeling, and/ or window & door installations. (Preferred)

• Possessing a valid driver’s license and your own tools. Own truck is preferred.

• High school degree or equivalent.

• Up-to-date resume.

• Passing all background checks.
