Registered Nurse (RN) Job at Presentation Rehab & Skilled Care Center
At Presentation Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center we are committed to enhancing the lives of our residents. Our mission is to provide a bridge between inpatient care and home for our short-term residents and to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of functioning for each of our long-term residents.
We are looking to add an RN/LPN to our exceptional staff. As our newest team member you will be helping manage resident care services including the CNA’s and LPN’s. You will work closely with the residents to manage resident assessments and will assess the physical and emotional needs of the residents and make referrals when it is appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Current and Valid CT RN license required
- Education and Experience required:
- Degree in nursing and a minimum of two (2) years full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, at least one (1) of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of sick at home, or
- A diploma or associates degree in nursing and at least four (4) years full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, with at least one (1) year of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of sick at home.
- Computer skills including use of word processing and spreadsheets
- Knowledge and compliance with all Connecticut Assisted Living Services Agency regulations.
