Registered Nurse - Operating Room Job at HARRISONBURG ROCKINGHAM CSB

The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Services Board is hiring a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Nurse (LPN or RN)! The crisis stabilization program is a 24/7, short term, 7 bed intensive residential program that provides crisis services to individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders. The CSU RN or LPN will provide standard nursing practices, as well as work with a team of mental health professional to ensure high quality care to those experiencing a psychiatric crisis.
Job Details
- Provide standard nursing practices for CSU residents.
- Ensure high quality care to those experiencing a psychiatric crisis.
- Ensure proper ordering, storage delivery and tracking of medications for CSU residents.
- Participates with CSU Team in planning and implementing the delivery of nursing care for CSU residents.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from accredited college or nursing school
- Current licensure as an LPN in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- One year of nursing experience including experience working with mental health clients
- Any equivalent combination or experience and education
