Job Summary: This position will work in Med/Surg. Provides professional nursing care to patients in support of medical care in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures of the hospital. Maintains harmonious relationships within the unit, other departments, and allied professions. May provide workflow direction for other nursing personnel i.e., HUC, NA/R, departments, and allied professions. Will float to other areas and a possibility to cross train in ICU or OB.
Requirements: Current MN RN License. BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtained within one year of employment. TNCC and NRP required if/when cross-trainer into specialty areas.
