We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to service students at our Developmental Centers needing ABA therapy. Previous Experience/Certification as an RBT is strongly preferred. Skilled Qualifications needed to teach our students effectively with knowledge of best practices, preschool educational methods as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention. The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can more easily acclimate in the next level of education.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who will collaborate with experts and implement best practice child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, analyze data, and track client progress for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. Our RBTs provide direct one-to-one (1:1) ABA therapy and are required to collect accurate and immediate data into our electronic data collection system. Therapists are responsible for keeping the child engaged, the setup of incidental learning opportunities, teaching appropriate play and social skills, and providing reinforcement for desired behaviors within our classroom setting.

Requirements:

• Experience working 1:1 with children and/or in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis - ideally you already are a Registered Behavior Technician and/or have extensive childcare experience
• Must LOVE working with children with ASD
• Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to receive detailed information through oral and written communication, and be familiar with telehealth technology.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Texas Driver’s license, and be able to show up on time and ready to go to work every day!
