Schneider Electric has a remote opportunity for a Regional Sales-Sensors Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to deliver top-quality customer service to clients on the newly created Telemecanique Sensor companies in Americas. This is a great opportunity to work within a growing entity as part of the larger Schneider Electric corporation.

This position is an outside sales’ role responsible for driving Telemecanique growth in the defined region, via our established network of authorized distributors.

What will you do?

  • Build and deploy the sales and marketing action plan within the region to increase market share within the established region
  • Develop and clearly define opportunities in regional industry, application, or technical targets
  • Enrich relationships at existing accounts via forecasting and executive level relationships
  • Ensure quality and responsiveness for all the services provided, and continually strive to improve with the aim of offering a “superior ease of doing business experience”
  • Identify target accounts for new business or increased market share at existing accounts
  • Demonstrate product and application expertise within the region via product demonstrations or co-managed objectives
  • Disseminate training and campaign programs to keep channel partners up-to date with latest offerings
  • Utilize CRM system to properly track opportunities and manage regional funnel

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, robotics, or a closely related technical field
  • Experience in a production environment, particularly as it relates to automation technology
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication.
