The Regional Operations Manager for Janitorial Services will be responsible for the overall management program of the Janitorial Services Division. This employee is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the janitorial division such as payroll, fiscal management, quality inspection management, hiring, orientation programs, training new employees, and training of area managers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage janitorial branch offices and customer buildings
- Follow up on all customer and employee concerns
- Complete necessary action plans, scope of services and schedules for all customer site locations where services are being performed
- Work with the Director of Building Services to establish a best model plan to deliver exceptional quality to the customer
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following prescribed scope of service outlined in customer contract
- Participate in meetings, training sessions and demonstrate the Atkins Mission Statement
Preferred Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED or job skills, knowledge in which to draw from
- Proven management working experience and skills for a leadership position
- Ability to train & safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Proven Branch Manager experience, sufficient knowledge of management techniques and best practices
- Leadership and human resources management skills
