Purpose

Assist in a team effort as a member of the Corporate Reliability Department to develop, implement, train, administer, and support the rollout and utilization of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System and Standard Work Management processes and requirements within the Roseburg Reliability Playbook.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the standard computerized maintenance system (Infor EAM) and serve as the company champion for the proper use, utilization, and data quality standards required by the organization
  • Assist the Corporate Reliability Department in the deployment of the Standard Roseburg Reliability Playbook
  • Develop, Train, Analyze, and Support the Data Quality and Transactional Excellence standards and requirements for the organization
  • Routinely conduct site conference calls to ensure site users of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) are fully trained with the proper use of EAM
  • Manage the master data of EAM for everything not maintained a site – Systems, Assets, Order Types, etc.
  • Ensure standardization of downtime coding, analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the best maintenance practices and utilize standard reporting tools to measure gaps and drive improvement
  • Setup and manage plant predictive maintenance programs
  • Work with Project Engineering to ensure reliability & maintainability of new or modified installations
  • Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations
  • Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or at minimum 5 years of experience in a high speed manufacturing facility.
  • Demonstrated use of Infor, SAP, Maximo, Oracle or other Tier-1 CMMS as an effective maintenance and reliability management tool. Preferably Infor
  • Demonstrated effective verbal communication skills including mentoring, coaching, facilitating discussions, and delivering presentations and project updates to all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of effective and efficient production and manufacturing methods
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical and mathematical ability
  • Champion for change management
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS Engineering Degree, or equivalent, with 5-10 years of progressive manufacturing maintenance and reliability experience.
  • SMRP certification (CRL, CMRP, CMRT, etc.)
  • Multiple full-life cycle deployments of EAM across multiple production facilities
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other Continuous Improvement methodologies
