We are seeking a motivated and talented strategic leader to serve as Regional Director in the Southeast Mississippi region, based in Hattiesburg, MS. The Regional Director leads the complete operation of a Jani-King Regional Office with responsibilities including managing new customer acquisition, new franchise sales, administrative and P&L, customer service, franchise relations, franchise development, and operations activities. This critical role provides the office team, franchise owners, and clients the support needed to continually represent and uphold the standard that continues to secure Jani-King’s rank among the top franchise companies in the world.

Position Requirements

  • A proven sales and/or operations background
  • The ability to manage and inspire a team through results driven and hands-on leadership
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals

  • Self-starter with the desire and dedication for a long-term professional career
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate strategic and tactical concepts to a team
  • Must be able to build, expand, and solidify professional relationships with new and existing clients and franchisees
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, and external customers
  • Effective time management, organization, and prioritization with the ability to plan and navigate day independently through problem solving and organizational skills
  • Superb presentation skills including the ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations in person to groups of prospects, customers, managers, and peers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) with desired experience working in a CRM
  • Work includes local travel to current and potential clients which requires possession of a valid state driver’s license
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public and internally

Strong technical knowledge in all facets of commercial cleaning, including related administrative duties, is extremely beneficial but not required.
