Creative Community Living Services is currently seeking experienced caregivers for a full time Regional Direct Care Professional (RDCP) position for our Brown Deer and Waukesha locations. This position will enable you to work in a variety of our homes providing supports to adults with developmental, physical and intellectual disabilities. As a RDCP you will be trained to work in our homes with the greatest need for shift coverage.

The RDCP will be compensated accordingly for their flexible availability to work evenings, mornings, weekends and overnights. While you will receive a schedule approximately 2 weeks in advance changes can occur due to the needs of our clients.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Meal planning and preparation
• Personal cares i.e. bathing, toileting, shaving, dressing/undressing and oral hygiene
• Aid with household chores including vacuuming, dusting, laundry etc.
• Medication management, supervision and documentation
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, medical charting
• Assist with exercises including range of motion
• Accurately complete your time sheet at the end of each shift

Required Skills:

• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Professional and effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently
• A valid driver's license, insurance and access to a vehicle
• To ensure a safe and healthy environment a pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted on all successful candidates.
