As a Recruitment Marketing Ad / Content Writer you are an invaluable resource to our clients. They are searching for a competitive advantage in their recruiting, and your job is to help them reach their peak. Each day, you use your research and mad writing skills to get our clients' job ads and other company content in front of the perfect job seekers.
When writing job ads, you turn the basic information you receive from the client into an engaging ad that entices the job seeker to read on. Your ad highlights the company's strong points and walks the job seeker through what it's really like to work for that company. Throughout the ad, you strategically place keywords that are optimized for the best SEO results. You also write alternate versions, each with its own unique spin to attract the ideal persona.
Sometimes, our clients also need help presenting themselves to job seekers. To assist them, you write content for their website and Facebook pages as well as for job boards like Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and more. Your clear and compelling writing illustrates who they are as an employer, how they show up for their employees, and why they are an upgrade.
