This Opportunity:
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will provide overall support to the broader Talent Acquisition team functions to ensure completion of inputs for department as needed. This includes, but is not limited to processing requisitions, optimizing job descriptions, customizing job advertisements, liaising with candidates/consultants, collecting necessary forms, completing necessary documentation, as well as execution of reference checks and employment verifications as needed. This role will manage all existing and new partnerships with external recruitment stakeholders, including services like Cornerstone, Nitro Pro, Sourcing tools, etc.

Reporting and Supervision:
The Recruitment Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) and collaborates closely with all TA team members. No supervisory responsibilities are associated with this role. This role will work in coordination and support both TA and International Proposal TA (IPTA) teams within the America’s Partnership, as well as, APACs Manager, TA.
The TA team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment full of collaboration, and is looking for individuals who work best in this type of atmosphere.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Palladium’s Talent Acquisition functions to ensure completion of inputs for department as needed. This includes, but is not limited to processing requisitions, optimizing job descriptions, customizing job advertisements, liaising with candidates/consultants, collecting necessary forms, completing necessary documentation, as well as execution of reference checks and employment verifications as needed
- Provide surge recruitment support for corporate and international positions as needed, including but not limited to sourcing, candidate screening, shortlisting, and leading searches as needed
- Provide logistical input for recruitment such as arranging interviews, domestic and international travel booking, administration of testing and management of departmental tools and resources
- Serve as point person/administrator for Palladium’s recruitment platform and other core tools (ie: Nitro, Cornerstone, Sourcing tools, etc.). Proactively troubleshoot system issues with software and service providers; explore options for incorporating new features and tools to optimize recruitment functions
- Upkeep of ancillary data filing systems for recruitment data and resources
- Support strong and consistent messaging through school outreach, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and by ensuring/enforcing accurate capture of contacts and communication records in the recruitment database
- Represent Palladium at external events, career fairs, conferences, etc.; assist with coordination and planning for on-site recruitment events and school visits
- Schedule and take minutes for weekly recruitment meetings and other related meetings
- Fulfill any administrative needs related to department operations such as preparing reports and organizing documents, scheduling, and reconciliation of specific departmental expenses
- Provide strategic inputs for recruitment including competitive market analysis, competitive mapping, and ancillary sourcing/recruitment support as needed
- Support capacity building efforts for the IPTA in support of strategic growth efforts, working in concert with the Business Development Team
Key Competencies Required:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities with varying priorities and deadlines
- Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint experience
