Recruitment Operations Specialist - must be Bilingual

Valcourt Building Services is hiring a Recruitment Operations Specialist for their internal Human Resources department full-time in McLean, Virginia. This is a full-time position, onsite Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

The Recruiting Operations Specialist focuses on building efficiency, creating value, and implementing key strategies to drive the overall effectiveness of talent acquisition for the Valcourt Group with a focus on the project management of processes, tools, social media, and onboarding. The Recruiting Operations Specialist will strive for continuous improvement of our practices, staying abreast of external recruiting trends while developing and executing a recruitment strategy intended to communicate job vacancies into the right niches to maintain a constant pipeline of qualified candidates.

Valcourt works with building owners and property managers to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, safety consulting, and comprehensive building envelope restorations to extend the life of a structure and protect property value.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive recruiting or recruiting support experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Willingness to work outside of regular business hours to maintain ongoing communication with candidates
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Self-starter who is action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent project management and process improvement skills

• Lead our ATS administration and leverage the system to identify and recruit the best candidates and manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to hire.
• Manage the development, scope, and execution of critical projects (including ATS modifications, process maps, interview guides, etc.)
• Create & manage talent acquisition metrics and reporting.
• Manage the administration of new hire surveys.
• Manage the onboarding process, troubleshooting and resolving all critical issues.
• Develop and maintain avenues and strategies to provide robust candidate pipelines for both field and office positions including identifying appropriate and unique ways to continuously source candidates.
• Manage external vendor and agency support including online recruiting sites such as Indeed.
• Create and maintain a social media recruitment strategy, aligned with the Valcourt Group’s overall social media strategy and presence.
• Recruit as needed for various Corporate and/or Branch positions.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
