Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Recruiting Assistant to support lateral attorney recruitment efforts with administrative and logistical coverage.
The Recruiting Assistant will work with the Recruiting Team to enter and process candidates through the applicant tracking database, organize candidate materials, schedule interviews and handle related logistics, and maintain candidate and Recruiting Team reports.
The Recruiting Assistant will also manage the Firm's search firm agreement database, process all expenses related to the recruiting process, and update and develop Recruiting Team documents. In addition, the Recruiting Assistant will be required to perform special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Strong written and oral communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure, effectively share information with key personnel in a timely, accurate, and sensitive manner, and manage multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities
- Attention to detail
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred
- Position requires a high degree of discretion, good judgment, and respect for confidentiality
- Experience in legal recruiting, human resources administration, data entry, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- High school or advanced degree required
- Strong administrative background necessary
