As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals who have interest in traveling to various contract assignments, persuasively presenting information about these assignment opportunities, maintaining long-lasting relationships, and growing a successful business.

- Prospect our company supplied database of healthcare professional leads by maintaining a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, texts, and emails while staying well organized
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals by providing superior customer service before, during and after each assignment
- Growing the number of healthcare professionals on assignment and under your management by meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment goal

What you bring to the team:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Competitive, confident, go-getter
- Smart, critical thinker with strong negotiating skills
- Self-motivated business-minded leader that thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment
Nice to Have:
- Staffing industry experience
What else?
- Shift is 9 AM – 6PM EST Monday through Friday, although some nights and weekends may be required during peak times or to meet deadlines
- Hybrid if located in Atlanta area
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
