Position Description:
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a strategic and dedicated candidate for the Talent Recruitment position, ideally with previous experience in talent recruitment within a K-12 school setting, to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a K-12 school environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in building relationships and proactively partnering with stakeholders to understand desired candidate profiles and build effective talent pipelines
- Experience and skill in competency-based behavioral interviewing techniques
- Experience in delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, nimble environment, prioritizing, multitasking, and managing time efficiently
- Knowledge of current labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Google Suite
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to source teachers, instructional leaders, and other school faculty for our K -12 school organization;
- Ensure a strong pipeline of candidates by managing relationships with key universities and organizations both locally and nationally);
- Attend in-person and virtual career fairs and events;
- Manage communications with key organization stakeholders and leveraging recruitment tools to headhunt and identify strong potential candidates;
- Implement on-campus and virtual recruitment events and initiatives (career fairs, information sessions, panels, professional learning, etc.);
- Use recruitment tools (applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, spreadsheets, etc.) to source high-quality talent;
- Write creative and compelling communications to promote career opportunities to target audiences and move partners to action (professors, faculty, key partners, mission-aligned organizations, etc.);
- Devise new, innovative approaches to recruitment outreach and our selection process of top-tiered talent for all open positions;
- Identify, establish, develop,and maintain strong relationships with local and national organizations that provide high quality and diverse talent for our schools;
- Strengthen communication and relationships with school leaders, staff and mission aligned partners to assess short and long-term talent, needs and trends;
- Drive our ambitious recruitment campaign in partnership with our Marketing Specialist;
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Talent Management

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
