As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will progressively learn and perform all duties of an insurance agency’s support positions. These include:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Processing and scanning all incoming mail; preparing and processing outgoing mail
- Ensure the reception area and main office areas are tidy and presentable
- Fulfills other duties as assigned
Experience/Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, excellent follow-through
- Dependability
- Demonstrable experience with Windows, Outlook, Word and, Excel. Excellent keyboarding skills and overall computer skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload in digital workflows
- High School diploma or Higher Education preferred
