We are looking for a people-friendly person with a professional personality. Their primary responsibilities are to field phone calls, requiring a great telephone presence, and to greet and register visitors. They are responsible for making visitors and callers feel welcome, while finding the right person to address their needs. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires someone who is flexible and adaptable to change.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers in resolving their problems, or directing them to someone who can.
- Assist senior/executive staff and managers with clerical needs.
- Take ownership of creating monthly employee birthday cards and anniversary certificates and ensuring they are ready when necessary.
- Track incoming mail and distribute properly to all divisions in a timely manner, as well as notifying employees when they have packages delivered.
- Maintain office supply inventory, including checking and anticipating inventory, then placing, expediting, coding, and verifying receipt of inventory, stocking supplies, and keeping the supply room orderly.
- Tracking EL Store purchases made by employees and customers via invoicing and inventory tracking reports.
- Manage outgoing packages with creation of labels, packaging, and preparation as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of reception or administrative experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organization.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and employees.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
