Rapid Rehousing Specialist
Full Time, Non Exempt
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach and build relationships with individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
- Partner with and assist families achieve goals based on assessments on obtaining and maintaining stable housing.
- Document and evaluate program in agency database.
Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree and/or combination of education/training and experience (professional and/or lived) is valued and will be highly considered.
- 2-3 years experience in community based and/or Non profit work
- Customer service experience
