Position Description & Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the General Manager, plan, coordinate, and implement the Company’s quality system to ensure adhere with established standards and customer expectations. § Supervise the Quality team.
- Administers the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 for the Facility including internal and external audits and reviews. § Ensures correction actions are taken on audit findings to continuously improve and remain in compliance with quality standards.
- Manages customer complaint process to ensure prompt and efficient communication, investigation, and correction action in response.
- Administer the use of the documentation management system to reference, create, and review, and update quality process documents as needed.
- Develops and executes standards and methods for product inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Obtains and analyzes data using proven methods (example SPC) to evaluate current processes and proposed process changes.
- Conducts supplier audits to ensure compliance with standards and expectations.
- Collaborates with design engineers about quality control and assurance approaches to reduce and rectify problems related to existing and new products.
- Develops new approaches to solve problems.
- Maintains up to date knowledge of government and industry quality standards.
- Coordinates and ensures compliance with all third-party quality approvals for facility.
- Designs and implements an effective quality training program for employees.
- Assists with the Company’s LEAN Journey and Kaizen continuous improvement processes.
- Plans, facilitates, and supports LEAN and Kaizen events that result in measurable improvements to performance
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, manufacturing, or quality engineering or related field. 24 months experience as industrial production manager.
Travel: 2-4 weeks of domestic and international travel per year.

Pay: $64,174.55 - $123,092.56 per year
