Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Quality Inspector
- Obtain parts for inspection (first piece, in process, and last piece)
- Inspect, gage, and test castings per part-specific requirements and document results
- Red tag and segregate non-conforming and suspect non-conforming product
- Perform floor inspection rounds
- Perform product audits on castings and stamp audit approved shift notes
- Observe all Allcast safety and OSHA guidelines and procedures
- Must support and follow the QMS requirements
