Ganja Guys of Alaska is a fairly new Cannabis Company/Cultivation located in Midtown Anchorage. We are looking to build a great team of enthusiastic individuals looking for a fun & exciting work atmosphere.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently looking to hire 2 Cultivation Assistants! Full-time and part-time positions available including mornings, days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.

Responsibilities :

• Cultivation Associates should be highly knowledgeable on Cultivation methods and nutrients.
• Cultivation Assistants must maintain HIGH standards of cleanliness of all work stations, equipment, materials, ETC. ( This includes and is not limited too the organization of the cultivation facilities tools, equipment, nutrients, ETC.)
• Cultivation Assistants are responisble for the execution of all daily operations and checklists of the Cultivation.
• Promotes and ensures EXCEPTIONAL Handling/Care of the plants, nutients, equipment, and any other additives needed throughout all growing cycles!
• Assistant Cultivators should be exceptional listeners and very attentive to details of each plants individual needs!
• Assistants are the main communicators to the Head Cultivator for any and all issues that should arise in the cultivation. (Assistants must communicate any and all issues, concerns, and problems to Head cultivator.)
• Assistants must be able to Execute all daily tasks and checklists in a timely manner! (Assistant must be able to Execute all delegated tasks associated with operations of the cultivation facility. Including but not limited to watering, nutrients, enviormental control, health of plants, ETC)
• Must assist in monitoring facility compliance and maintaining a professional and safe work enviornment.
• Help with waste control, harvesting, trimming, ETC.
• Must be able to appropriately manage plant, nutrient, enviornment, and compliance records pertaining to the cultivation. (Record and track all important information with precision and accuracy!)

Requirements:

• Must have Valid Drivers License
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Anchorage Municipality Food Handler's Card (can be obtained after hiring)
• Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card (can be obtained after hiring)
• Must be able to occasionally lift 40+ pounds
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
